Get started with Keel

Keel is an invite-only beta for small businesses. It needs an internet connection; it does not save work offline.

1. Create your account using your full phone number with country code and the invite code supplied by Keel. Keep your password private.
2. Open Account and check the bank details that clients will see on your quotes.
3. Generate a recovery key and save it somewhere private. It lets you reset your password once. Without a saved key, contact support for an identity check.
4. Create a quote from pasted chat text, or enter one manually. Review the prices and bank details before publishing. WhatsApp opens for you to send the link; Keel does not send it automatically.
5. Check your bank before confirming payments. Review receipt amounts before confirming expenses. Money totals use the entries you have recorded, not a connection to your bank.

Add Keel to your phone

On iPhone, open Keel in Safari, use Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and look in the browser menu for Install app or Add to Home screen. Menu wording depends on your browser.

Get help or request your data

Email support@msquaredesignstudio.com, or use Report a problem in the app. Include the screen and what happened. Never send passwords, recovery keys, full bank statements or unrelated customer details.

For account access, a copy of your records, corrections or deletion, contact the same address. We may need to verify account ownership before helping. Sending a report does not mean a fix has started.
